Thelma Faye Tucker
Thelma Faye Tucker, 78, passed peacefully Thursday, February 16, 2023 in Granbury, TX with her Son and Daughter in law at her side. Faye was born to William Clay Collinsworth and Alla Dee (Nelson) Collinsworth. On August 4, 1966 she married Kenneth S. Tucker Sr. Faye was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, and grandmother. She will missed by all who knew her. Faye grew up in San Antonio and lived in Carrizo Springs, Fort Worth and Camp Wood, Texas. Faye was preceded in death by her husband (2005), a stillborn son (1971), twin brother Thomas Floyd Collinsworth, sister Betty Thomas, Brother in law Walter Thomas, and niece Jentz Spain. Survivors include: 2 sons, William Floyd Tucker and wife Misty of Granbury, Kenneth S. Tucker Jr of Carrizo Springs. 5 grandchildren, Destiney Tucker, Kenneth Tucker III, Karley Tucker, Rylee Miller and Thomas Tucker. Sister Trudy (Collinsworth) Spencer, nieces Mickie Spencer, Mindie Spencer, Trudy Kammerer husband Johnny. Nephew Joseph Thomas wife Kellie. Brother in law George Tucker wife Brenda. As Faye wished, her ashes will be laid to rest with her late husband and baby boy at Mt Hope Cemetery, Carrizo Springs, Dimmit County, Texas. Memorial will be announced at a later date. Cremation arrangements by Lone Star Cremation.

    I will miss Faye , also, driving around with her pups,ways a friendly…”Stayin out of trouble?”. She was always a happy and friendly face. I thank God I got to know her. She always brought a smile to my face. May she rest in peace, and stay outta trouble .

  6. My buddy, my cousin; we were “Thelma and Louise “ for 17 years. Our husbands died the same year and we came to Camp Wood to live. I miss you so badly; and feel lost without you. I can’t imagine how you; the family are missing her! My sincre wishes that Jesus gives you peace, especially you William. I know how much you loved your mother! RIP Thelma

  7. Faye was a strong woman and care giver to her family. She was there for her husband and sons and took good care of her dear mother. I admired her strength and kindness. A life well lived. May she rest in peace.
