Robbie Jean Maloney Fry
Robbie Jean Maloney Fry, loving mother of three, grandmother of one, and friend to all that knew her, left this world to shine in the light of her savior. Devoted member of Genesis United Methodist Church, she left us while doing what she enjoyed, being with her friends, seeing the historic places that make up this great country, and learning new things. Robbie enjoyed arts and crafts, with needlepoint being one of her favorites. Her home has many examples of this reflecting her love of family and friends. Several of her closest friends have received these and are cherished mementos of their relationship with her. From early on she showed her commitment to those she loved as a volunteer with MDA for many years with children, events, and countless telethons. She learned sign language to be able to communicate with deaf children, was a den mother with the cub scouts, and a very active soccer mom. She loved dancing and camping, taking her children on vacation, and watching them grow and seeing their success. Rachel with her art, Leah with soccer, and Richard with his music let her know she had done well with her commitment as a parent. Her focus of the last seven years has been Bailee. Bringing her up in the church has been a joy without measure and always brought a smile to her face. She will be greatly missed by her brothers Robert and Raymond and their families, the numerous members of her large extended family, but most of all by her children Rachel Erin-Leigh Fry, Leah Brynn Marie Fry, Richard James Morgan Fry, and her granddaughter Bailee Elizabeth Fry. Her memorial will be held at noon on Saturday March 12, 2016 at Genesis United Methodist Church located at 7635 S. Hulen St., Ft. Worth, TX 76133, followed by a celebration of her life at the family home. Those that wish to attend the celebration are asked to R.S.V.P. on Robbie’s Facebook page or by calling Rachel at 817-808-7756. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to MDA. Live, Laugh, Love was her motto. God bless, God speed.

  1. I first met Robbie with Bailee at GUMC Vacation Bible School. She joyfully moved around with the preschool children. She was an inspiration to all she met.
