Returns For Any Reason
Returns will be accepted for full refund (less free shipping charges if applicable) should you not be satisfied with the item you purchased as long as you have all the original packaging materials and the item(s) are returned (at your expense) within 15 days of delivery. Under NO circumstance will we accept returns for urns that have had ashes placed in them or have been engraved (Unless there was an error on our part with the engraving.). It shall be your responsibility to carefully package and arrange shipment for your deliveries. You must call in advance to get a return authorization number before shipping any products back to us. If products arrive in new condition, without damage, you will be credited for the full amount of purchase minus any shipping charges.
Returns For Exchange
For exchanges for a different product, you simply ship the other product back, within 30 days of delivery (at your expense) and we will ship the new product to you (at our expense.)
Returns For Defect
Returns for urns that are defective will be accepted for replacement as long as we are notified within 30 days of delivery. We will email you a FedEx label and instructions on how to return the item to us.
