Fort Worth- Polly C.O’Neil, 56, peacefully passed away Wednesday,March 25, 2014 in Fort Worth. The family will have a remembrance party for all of Polly’s friends at a future date. Polly went to school at the University of South Carolina where she received her Pharmacy degree. She worked as a Pharmacist at Mansfield Methodist and Harris Methodist Southwest. Polly was a loving wife, mother, and a loving grandmother. She will be missed by her loving family and all her loving friends. Survivors: husband of 26 yrs, Dennis, son, Corey, 3 grandchildren, Karley, Brody, and Sawyer, brother Paul(Mike), and nephew, Heath. Family requests that donations be made in her honor to the Susan G. Komen for the cure.
