Phyllis was born November 19,1939. She is survived by 2 sons, Phillip & Lloyd Chamberlain, 2 daughters, Lori Farr and Pamela Kitterman. Also survived by 2 sisters, Lois Huff and Linda Buttleman. 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. A host of other family and numerous friends.
