Alvarado- Mitchel “Mitch” Earl Presley peacefully passed away on December 19, 2023, at his home. Born on December 9, 1950, in Sercy, AR, he was the son of Willie Earl and Rosalee (Bolding) Presley. Mitch graduated from Judsonia High School in 1968 and joined the Air Force Reserves as a medic in 1969. In June 1970, he married his one and only love, Ruby Nell (Morse). That same year, Mitch became an Orthotic Specialist Technician on active duty, serving over 12 more years in the military. Afterward, he had a successful 40-year career as an Orthotist in the private sector, dedicated to helping his patients, coworkers and the orthotic profession. Mitch enjoyed casinos, fishing, golf, bowling, and card games, but above all, he loved sharing his faith through preaching, mentoring, teaching, or serving. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Larry Joe. Surviving members are Ruby (Morse) Presley, his wife of 53 years, son Mitchel Early Presley, Jr and wife Heather, daughter Kimberly Thomas and husband Shawn, son Adam Presley and wife Kristi, daughter Amanda Presley-Knox and husband Kyle. 11 grandchildren: Christiana, Patrick, Bethany, Christian, Dalton, Alexander, Emma, Samuel, Amelia, Ava, and Adain. 6 Great grandchildren, Adylyn, Paisley, Jaycee, Briar, Rowan, and Atlas. Brothers, Eddie and Wife Helen, Mark and Wife Lisa, Sister Angela “Angie” and husband Darren; and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of Mitch’s life will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Alsbury Baptist Church, 500 NE Alsbury Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028.
