  3. What a blessing to see her wonderful legacy of Christ’s love and compassion. She was a big blessing to my family when we lived in Graham. My little brother was in her class. She was one of his favorite teachers. I know she will be greatly missed but has finally reached her goal. I pray that God would comfort your family during this most difficult time.

  5. Ken, Kevin, & Sarah, We were so sorry to hear about Jane. I think she was one of the greatest examples of what Christ would like for us to all be like. She was beautiful inside & out. We enjoyed, so very much, having had the privilege of being next door neighbors with y’all when you lived in Lakewood West. We still refer to the house you lived in as Ken & Jane’s, even after all these years. Our thoughts & prayers are with all of you. Love, Dwight & Robbie

  13. Dear Ken, Kevin & Theresa, Sara, Steven, & Sawyer:
Clari and I send our deepest sympathy with our love and prayers at the passing of our dear sister-in-love.
As I was thinking of the Proverbs 31 woman, this Scripture seemed to describe Jane: “A good wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels. The heart of her husband trusts in her…She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life…She opens her hand to the poor, and reaches out her hands to the needy…She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue. She looks well to the ways of her household…Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also…Many women have done excellently, but you, [Jane] surpass them all.” God be with you all as you celebrate her life and Home-going.

  15. What a godly lady Jane was. Growing up in the church in Temple, she was my idol. She was beautiful, graceful, patient, kind, and squeaked of “Jesus.” Our families went back a long way. Jane, Dene and my sisters, Virginia and Shari, spent a lot of time together. My sisters married and moved off and Jane was waiting for her prince charming to come along. I was out of school then so Jane and I spent many fun days together looking for that right man. She was sure God had just the right man for her. No doubt about it, Ken was that man. We wanted to be with you tomorrow but, since we can’t, we want you to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We were on our way to Louisiana when we got the phone call that she passed away.
Our condolences and prayers, Glenda and Jim Young
