Fort Worth, TX- Marlin Lyons passed away peacefully on Friday, September 17, 2021 in Grandview. He was born on April 15, 1946. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Janice Lyons. He is survived by his daughter Amanda and his son-in-law Benjie, and his son Chad and daughter-in-law Corine and his much loved grandchildren Austin, Tommy, Justin, Jazmin, Tory, Christopher and Angel and great-grandchildren Charleigh and Dallas.

Marlin… if I could have another few words with you, I’d say “Thank You” for picking me up for work one day, and for fixing the tail light on my old torn truck. you were going to see your daughter, and you Never came back.., I was looking for you.., I called and called you, you Never answered the phone.., I saw why.. You were gone “home”.. To his family.. May God give y’all Strength, Comfort and Peace.. I was Marlins neighbor for as long as we’ve lived in the area. I’m going to really miss him.., I passed his home on the way to mine Every day.. We were sappose to get together and visit a friend when he returned.. 😿..He’s Rejoicing I know, because he’s now with his wife.. May he Rest In Peace..
I’m his daughter. I haven’t been able to even look at this until today. Thank you for looking for him thank you for caring. Thank you for remembering the way he looked out for people.
