Just finished reading HAND PAINTED FABRIC, and thought I would try to find out more about the writer and artist as I am originally from San Antonio, couldn’t find anything on Ms. Newman and am sadden to learn Ms. Allyson has passed away. Her style of writing made the book entertaining as well as informative. She just sounded like someone you would like to get to know. I am sorry for your lose.
