  1. I will miss you tio. It was unfortunate we didn’t get to see you often but treasure the times we did. May you RIP and we will see you later.

  2. Juan has definitely alway been funny, sweet, and kind. Never was a dull moment when he was around. One of my fond memories when we were young; every Sunday after church mom always had a roast in the oven. We were alway excited to see Juan & Pat the the boys show up for family Sunday Lunch. We can still hear Juan’s voice saying “DIG IN”. That always made us giggle, even till this day when we say it, it is his voice we hear when we say it.
Rest in Peace Juan, see you on the other side as well my brother in law.

    Diane

  3. I was blessed to have met such a wonderful man. I loved to see him come in to the restaurant always with a smile and ready to get down to business with his menudo. He was very funny and friendly. You could see the great love he had for his great granddaughters and granddaughter…those were and will always be his girls. He will be missed by many. My deepest condolences to the Zapata family.
