  1. You were my best friend and hero! I will miss you greatly, but not be sad for you are with the lord. I know you are looking down on grandma and me, and I will meet you there when the time comes so until then……

    With lots of LOVE

  2. Rip Grandpa I love you very much…thanks for introducing me to harry potter and letting me show you good movies. I will miss you so much but you are in a better place now. 🙂 I love you

  3. Jim, from the time my two sons and I came into your family you treated us all as if we were your children. You treated my two boys just the same as you treated all the other grandchildren. They did not have a grandfather until you and I couldn’t have handpicked a better grandfather for them. When Kay and I had Brent and Alyssa, you were the best grandfather our children could have had and I so looked up to you and respected you for everything you did for my children. Something I never talk about is that I did not have a father from the age of three. I had two brother in laws you were like big brothers to me. You were the closest thing to a dad that I ever had. I regret never telling you how much I looked up to you and respected you. I worked hard to earn your respect and I hope I did because you sure had my respect. I love you and will miss you very much. I was looking forward to talking to you about the Cowboy game on Sunday. I know you had the best seat in the house looking down through the roof.
