  1. I was lucky enough to call this spit-fire, Nannie. She never treated me like a step-grandkid (I’m Tammie’s Husbands Daughter) I also love the warm greeting she gave, “Get In This House” with her country twang. She also gave you a big hug, told you how glad she was to see you. Nannie taught me how to do heatless curls with socks. She loved to play games, and was an expert farkle player. She taught me how to add fast with “shut the box” another dice game where you want to put all the wooden block numbers down. She was quick witted. Nannie was a true lady, very classy and always telling fun stories. I am going to miss her stories. She was a card sender and always sent a card for your birthday and anniversary. Nannie will be greatly missed by all. She was cherished not only by her family but lots of people in the community. That woman never met a stranger in her life. The thing that I think I will miss the most about Nannie is her infectious laugh! She had a great laugh and laughed often. Fly High in Heaven Nannie! I can see you playing games and dancing and laughing all night in heaven! We Love and Miss you so much already!!!! Sending extra Love and Prayers to Kathy, Mark, and Tammie! Thank you for sharing your mom with us!
