Guillermo Foster
Guillermo Foster, known to many as Willie, died peacefully in his own home on April 02, 2020 in Grand Prairie, TX. Willie is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rosa Foster; 3 children, Guillermo Jr., Jaime, and Betina; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Willie was born on February 14, 1945 in Harlingen, TX. He met Rosa in 1964 and they were married in 1966. They welcomed their first son, Guillermo Jr., in 1967 followed by their second son, Jaime, in 1969 and their daughter, Betina, in 1979. They moved to Grand Prairie in 1968. Willie worked for Grand Prairie ISD as a custodian and retired in 2012. Willie was a fun-loving man who never met a stranger and always had an optimistic outlook on life. He enjoyed outdoor activities and spending time with his family. We loved him dearly and his presence truly enriched our lives. He was an amazing husband and devoted father. He will be greatly missed. May he forever rest in peace.
