Charles Miller Rinehart
Charles Miller Rinehart of Mart, formally of Austin passed away Wednesday, August 31st at UT Southwest Medical Center in Dallas TX. Charles was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mart TX. He loved to spend the day fishing and listening to his Country Music. He knew no strangers and had an artsy sense of humor we all loved. He will most definitely be missed by family and all who knew him. Please remember him for the laughter he gave us all, the love of his cat Penny Kitty, his classic country music & his love for fishing. He was a simple man who wore his blue jeans, white T-shirt and his boots. Preceded in death by parents: John & Roberta Mee Rinehart, Sister Lizzie Beth, Brother Angie: Survived by wife Mary Castillo Rinehart, Children: Ben Zapata Jr of Leander TX, Christine Vasquez & Lupe Thomas both of Austin TX, Chris, Carrie & Jackie. Sister Mary Curtis of Mesquite TX, Brothers: Bobby of Anchorage AL, John of Poulsbo WA & Claude of Dallas TX. 5 Grandchildren: Pete JR, Angelina, Dominic, Michael & Timothy. 2 Great Grandchildren Joaquin & Daisy. Memorial Services on Saturday Sept 10 at 2pm – St John United Methodist Church, 2140 Allandale Rd, Austin TX (2222/Koenig and Burnet Rd). In Lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Mart TX

  1. Mother, Charlie will forever be in our hearts. He gave you 40 + yrs of love, laughter & friendship. We were blessed to have had those years to make the memories of a lifetime, though we had our moments. He was still the best man and dad you could always depend on.
