Brian Story
Brian W. Story passed from this life Friday, January 1, 2021 at Community Hospice in Ft. Worth Tx. peacefully and free from pain surrounded by his family at the age of 67. Brian was born in Ft. Worth, Tx. on August 29, 1953 to Loyd Montgomery Story and Helen Mc Gowan Story. He was preceded in death by his parents. Brian was a lifelong resident of Burleson, Tx. where he graduated in 1971. In 1985 Brian married his soulmate, Lorie. Together they built a life together of 40 years, which included fishing together, raising their family and many outdoor activities. He was an employee of Union Pacific Railroad for almost 30 years in the car department. Brian is survived by his wife Lorie Story, son, Jason Story and his wife Bekah; daughters Alyssa Klump and her husband Wayne; Sarah Story; grandchildren, Taylor Story; Tristen Story; and Declan Klump; brother Michael Story and wife Lena and nephews. A memorial will be at a later date to celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations can be made in his name to Harvest House 349 NW Renfro St. Burleson Tx. 76028 or Community Hospice Huguley Campus (www.chot.org/about/donate-to-us/ ). Arrangements are being made through Lone Star Cremation in Mansfield.
