Albert Benitez, 55, of Dallas, Texas, was called to his eternal rest on May 19, 2024. Born to Pablo Benitez Sr. and Zoila Benitez on January 4, 1969, in Los Angeles, California, Albert lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and a remarkable resilience. A skilled craftsman, Albert mastered his trade as an independent contractor and carpenter. His hands were his instruments, constructing not just structures but also a legacy of diligence and quality. Though life’s circumstances challenged him with disability, his professional spirit remained indomitable. Albert’s personal time was suffused with simple pleasures. He cultivated joy through travel, film, music, and the culinary delight of a steak grilled to perfection. These pastimes afforded him peace and comfort. Albert’s memory is cherished by his wife, Melissa Torres; his mother, Zoila; his daughters Amanda, Isabel, Victoria, and Raquel; and his siblings Willie, Emily, and Nelson. Albert is now enfolded in the eternal love of our Heavenly Father, joining the celestial choir alongside his earthly father, Pablo Sr., and his brothers Pablo Jr., Richard Sr., and David Sr. The Benitez family invites you to commemorate Albert’s passage into the Kingdom of God and celebrate his life at a Memorial Service to be held at 4:00 pm MST at the home of Gonzalo and Isabel Renteria, located at 11612 Flor Celosia, Socorro, TX 79927. Arrangements for the dignified remembrance of Albert are entrusted to Lone Star Cremation.
