William Jim Allen, Jr.
William “Jim” Allen Jr. passed away peacefully on Friday January 19, 2018, in McKinney, Tx. He was born on March 14, 1946 in California. Mr. Allen was pre deceased by both of his parents: William Jim Allen Sr. & Norma V. Allen, of Burleson,Tx. a sister Wanda Joan Watson, and a brother Donald D. Allen. Jim Allen is survived by his wife Connie Elaine Allen of 18 years, 10 children, 36 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren, 1 sister, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles Sons: Monty Quinten Allen (TX) wife: Sherri Michael Jamison Pruitt (TX) wife: Kelly Kevin Alan Pruitt (TX) wife Carrie Robert Shannon Pruitt (TX) Jason Dale Allen (KS) Daughters: Stephanie Gwendolyn Allen-Heiden (TX) husband Shaun Amy Christina Ziska (NE) husband Jeff Laura Beth Collett (TX) husband Wayne Loretta Ann Wiggins (TX) husband Billy Alanna Diane Allen (TX) 36 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren Sister: Wilma Jean Placker (TX) husband Bob “Jim” IS and was a very social being, he never met a stranger whom he could not have a conversation with, his favorite conversation starter was “ Where are you from?” From stories of his travels as a truck driver, to fast cars and trucks with revved up motors, to his love of collecting unique items and trinkets he would come across. One of Jim’s true assets was his unconditional love for people, friends and family alike. Most of his greatest pleasures came from spending time with family and friends. A Memorial service is scheduled: Saturday January 27, 2018 @ 1:00 P.M McKinney Church of God 1100 Florence St. McKinney, Tx. 75069 Reception to follow and be announced.
