Victoria Rose Tarver
Victoria Rose Tarver was born August 7th, 1955 to Billy and Ivone Neely in Garland, Texas. She earned her wings June 4th, 2023 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Vicky is survived by her husband Tommy Tarver, her sons Steven Holland and wife Marissa, Jody Seiler and partner Vivian, her step-sons TJ Tarver and wife Tammie Jo, Todd Tarver and wife Deena, Toby Tarver, her 10 grandchildren Ceasar, Christopher, Natalie, Ava, Adam, Steven, Jacob, Trey, Colton, and Nicole, her parents Billy and Ivone Neely, her sisters Paula Stone and husband Jerl, Elizabeth Neely and husband Mark as well as many precious nieces and nephews. Vicky loved her family. She would always go the extra mile to encourage and help members move ahead in their lives. She always had faith in them and showed her love for them in everything she did. Vicky has been involved in Grace Street Fellowship Church for many years. She participated in the Choir because she loved to sing and loved God. She volunteered at the Arlington Mission and the Food Pantry with a full heart. She loved attending the women’s retreat, always willing to help her sisters in Christ. She participated in Bible Studies and cooked many meals to share with her church family. She provided transportation for many to get to church and cared for those who couldn’t. She prayed for everyone she came in contact with. She saw in others their hearts not their actions. She lived her life as God’s vessel, always thinking of and doing for others. She was a beautiful example of Jesus’s love. Vicky has a star name registered after her in the Ursa Major ( Big Dipper) called Victoria’s Victory. The Celebration of Life will be held on June 24th, 2023 at 2pm at the Grace Street Fellowship Church in Arlington, Texas. In leui of flowers please donate to Mission Arlington in Vicky’s honor.

  1. It’s hard to believe that Vicky is really gone. She was like a sister to me for over 50 years. No matter how much time passed when we would see each other again it was like we were never apart. My sincere condolences to all of her family and her other friends. She will always be in my heart. Rest In Peace my dearest forever friend! Our friendship meant the world to me!♥️
