This authorization is required anytime a deceased person has been sent to the Tarrant County Medical Examiners’s Office. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner will not release a body until they have a signed release in their possession. Just complete the fields below and our software will fill out the release for you. We will email you a copy of the completed document for your records.
