WACO – Stanley (Stan) Charles Gore, 70, passed away on October 26, 2015. A memorial service to honor Stan’s life will be held at 4 p.m. (visitation to follow from 5-7 p.m.), Thursday, October 29, 2015, at Grace Temple Baptist Church, Waco, Texas, with the Dr. Craig Klempnauer and the Rev. James Stevens officiating. An additional visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Monday, November 2, 2015, at LifeSpring Church, Bellevue, Nebraska.
Stan was born July 2, 1945 in Hamburg, IA to Richard and Elaine Gore and was the youngest of 3 children. Stan graduated from Fremont Mills High School in 1963. Stan married the love of his life Anna Kay on October 9, 1965.
Stan was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Elaine Gore; and sister, Sharon Rosberg.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Anna Gore; daughter, Shawna Sahs and husband Darrin of Bellevue, NE; daughter, Cassandra Bianchi and husband Brandon of Waco, TX; sister, Sandra Howard of Nevada, IA; grandchildren Cody, Branden and Cara Sahs of Bellevue, NE, Alexander and Nathaniel Bianchi of Waco, TX; and a multitude of extended family and friends.
Stan had a deep love for the Lord and took great joy in sharing that love to all he met and his smile surely left an impression.
