  15. Stacy, I was so shocked to hear of your loss of Sherian your mother. I have
fond memories of her when we were both teaching at Burleson High. Sherian
set high standards for her students; I know first-hand because I had several of her girls in my classes. They turned out to be beautiful human beings inside and out–all because of your mother’s influence.
My prayers are being said for both you and the soul of your mother.

  19. I live in Burleson also. I wish I had reconnected with you. We could have talked about all our fun at Trimble Tech. God bless your family.

  20. I couldn’t believe the news of your Mom’s passing. I knew her thru work at BHS. As so many others have said, she always made us laugh. She was a very special lady. Prayers for your family at this difficult time.

  21. We went to high school together. She was a grade ahead of me but we both took cosmetology. Then later on we both started teaching at Burleson. We both thought how strange after all those years. Love ❤️ her. She was a truest awesome person. I know she will be miss. You are in our prayers

  22. Working with your mom was a blessing. Her love for her students and work ethic were an example to all. I had the privilege of seeing her the last few years on Monday nights at Bible Study Fellowship. I’ll miss her laugh and stories. May God give your family peace and comfort .

  23. What a dynamic and fun teacher. She was a positive influence on so many students. Many of her colleagues and friends remember her as being a real “hoot”…. what a great way to be remembered. God be with her daughters and family members!

  24. Miss Richard was by far the best teacher I ever had. I know God put me in her path, he knew she was the only one capable of teaching this girl with dyslexia. She was patient with her students, when others probably would not have been. She had an amazing sense of humor and she was not a lady who took anyone’s BS. She made going to school have meaning and purpose. I graduated 2002, had my license before I even graduated. I have made a career being a cosmetologist. Thank you, Miss Richards for taking a shy girl and helping her overcome that shyness.

  25. I am so sorry for your loss, I know how hard it is to lose a parent, but know that you now have another angel looking down on you from heaven.

It was so fun working/teaching with your mother…you never knew what she would say. She always made us laugh.

Stacy and Kim I enjoyed having you in class at BHS…you are a testament to you mother and her work ethic. Make her proud of you.

    Rest In Peace Sherian!

  27. Loved your mother so much! Favorite memories were watching and listening to her rooting me and Kim & the entire team on during volleyball games and then the chats afterwards lol!! Then she was my instructor at Ogle. Great lady and I’m sincerely sorry for your families loss. She will be missed.
