BURLESON – Sarah Margaret Rose Armstrong, 76, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Funeral: 1 P.M. Friday, January 17, 2014 at Bethesda Baptist Church in Burleson. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Burial: Bethesda Cemetery next door to Bethesda Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Myron and Ida Smith; husband, Pete M. Armstrong, Jr.; grandson, Billy. Survivors: daughter; Merri Paine and husband Bill; son, Pete Armstrong and daughter, Jodie Lindsay; grandchildren, Danny, Carrie, Stephanie, James T., Jennifer and Jacob; great-grandchildren, Brittany, Megan, Glen IV, Ashlyn and Raelee.

My heart goes out to Sarah’s family. She and sister Dannie were members of our Esther Sunday School class for many,many years at Bethesda Baptist Church. Here health prevented her from joining us for a while but she was never out of our thoughts and prayers.
