Robert Allan Kroelinger
Burleson – Robert A. Kroelinger, 66, went home to be with the Lord on July 26,2009 due to Sarcoma (Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma), a rare form of cancer. Memorial service: 4:00 p.m. on Sunday August 2nd at Cana Baptist Church which is located at 2309 E. Renfro St., BurlesonT, X, 76028. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be maded to Cana Baptist Building Fund (Burleson Texas); Cook Children Hospital  (Fort Worth,Texas); Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County (Fort Worth, Texas),or donate online to the Liddy Shriver Sarcoma Initiative. Robert was born and raised in Vineland, New Jersey.   While serving four years in the United States Marine Corp, he married Judith Lipman, also of Vineland, New Jersey his wife of 44 years. They then moved to and settled in Burleson, Texas in 1983 where Robert went on to earn a Bachelor Degree from Le Tourneau University. He was a loyal husband, caring father, playful granddad ("Pop Pop Bob’) and faithful servant to the Lord. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Adam and Ellen Kroelinger and sister Joyce Ellis, all of Vineland New Jersey. Survivors: three daughters: Cheryl and her husband Grahame Chambers of Burleson, Texas; Brenda and her husband Guy Johnson of Mansfield,Texas; Alicia Rector and fiance Geoff Carpenter of Burleson, Texas, son Robert A. Kroelinger II and his wife Melanie of Burleson, Texas; nine grandchildren: Nicolas, Zachary and Phoebe Chanrbers; Emily, Abigail, and Adam Johnson; (FN) Landon Rector; Robert A. III and Justus Kroelinger; sisters, sisters Joanne King, Shirley Varnum, Beverly Brown and husband Richard; Janice Heck and husband Ken; Judith Rush and husband Edward; brothers William and wife Patty, and Adam Kroelinger; brother-in-laws, Robert Ellis and Jay Lipman and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
