  1. I still can’t believe that he is not amongst us. The last time I met him in Montreal, also constantly in touch with him since he left Canada. My mentor and my friend, he will be missed. May god rest him in peace.

  2. Our condolences go out to Gayla and the Yates family. I’ve worked with Ricky for several years at Bell, and always enjoyed his stories on travel, etc. We are going to miss Ricky, both on a professional and a personal level.

  3. To the Yates family, and to Ricky’s fiancée, I am truly sorry for your loss. I pray the for the Lord’s comfort during your time of mourning. I had the pleasure of working with Ricky at Bell for the last seven months, but was grateful for the time he took to help me become acclimated to my position, and going out of his way to make sure I felt like part of the team. It was a true testament to the type of person Ricky was. I know he will be greatly missed by all that knew him. God bless.

  5. I thought about the entire weekend, not easy for me. I met Ricky at Triumph and we worked very closely together for two plus years. There were very few people I could count on and Ricky was always at the top of my list. I am sure there are many more proud accomplishments, but the Global program would not be what it is today without Ricky. You will be missed my friend!

  6. My condolences to Gayla and Ricky’s family. Ricky worked for me since his return to Bell. In this time, I grew to appreciate his work ethic, knowledge, and experience. However, I will remember Ricky the person even more so. He was a good man that cared for others and exhibited a great attitude everyday. We will miss Ricky greatly. May the Lord grant you peace during this difficult time.

  7. Ricky will be sorely missed. He truly helped Gamma get where they are today. I do remember many years back Ricky’s excitement after winning a race with his Odyssey car. I remember when Gamma was way smaller, and had the hurdle of developing and becoming approved on Statistical Process programs. Ricky took the bull by the horns and figured it out and got us approved by everyone. I also remember he used to love Friday nights and High School football. Lots of good memories with Ricky in them.

On behalf of Gamma please accept our sincerest condolences and prayers for peace and comfort for your loss.
On a personal note please know what a good man and sincere heart he was and still is, and I’m sure we all see him again soon. Rest easy Ricky.
