Rickey M. Vallejo passed away on March 6, 2017 in his home. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marlene Vallejo, and his father, Manuel Vallejo, and his nephew, Dustin S. Wakeman. He is survived by his sisters Margaret V. Wakeman, and Stephanie M. Vallejo, and uncle David Wayne Fincannon and a host of other family and friends. A visitation will be be held Friday, March 10, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home, 12301 South Freeway, Ft. Worth.

I would like to offer my sincerest condolences for your loss. Growing up, Ricky was my closest friend. From the first grade until he served as the best man at my wedding it seems we were always together. We shared so many experiences, school, learning to drive, our first jobs, our first apartment, and football. Every Sunday morning there was a football game and he and I were always there. I could not have asked for a better childhood friend and companion. He will be missed.
