Returns

Merchandise returns will be accepted for full refund (less shipping & convenience fees) should you not be satisfied with the item you purchased as long as you have all the original packaging materials and the item is returned within 15 days of delivery.

For your convenience you can begin a return and print a shipping label using our shipping center link below.  It shall be your responsibility to carefully package and arrange shipment for your return.  Once we receive your return, a credit will be issued to your payment method on file.

Damaged or defective merchandise will not incur any shipping expense and will be replaced or refunded once the damaged/defective merchandise is in our possession.

Please note: Under NO circumstance will we accept returns for urns or jewelry that have had ashes placed in them or have been engraved, unless there was an error on our part with the engraving or the urn is defective.  All CLEARANCE items are non-returnable/refundable.
