Description

This is a basic cremation package.  This package is only good for decedents in Tarrant and Dallas County.  The deceased must be under 275 pounds.  Pickup must be from an institution, i.e. hospital, nursing home, hospice facility, medical examiner, etc.  Residential removals  and other promotions are not eligible for this package.

This package includes:

• Medical Examiner Permit (If Applicable)
• Filing Death Certificate
• 6 Certified Death Certificate

• Basic White Temporary Urn

• Obituary on Our Website
• Social Media Posting of Obit on Facebook and Twitter
• Cash, Card, Check, PayPal are all accepted for payment
