Description

Our professional fee to assist families with amending and filing a corrected death certificate and ordering certified copies of said death certificate.  The fee also covers shipping the death certificates with delivery confirmation to the responsible party once they arrive in our office.  This fee is only required when the mistakes on the death certificate were not the fault of Lone Star Cremation.  Please Note: Amended death certificates can take several months to arrive in our office.
