ALVARADO — Peggy Higgins, 72, passed away Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012. Family goodbye: 3 to 4 p.m. Thursday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Survivors: Children, Teresa Lovett and Lloyd Higgins Jr.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.
