    1. TYSM Dennis and Sherry for responding to Pats Obituary.
Pat enjoyed talking with both of you since you have become neighbors. I especially want to thank you both for offering to help me during Pats Illness. Pat liked talking with you both about cooking and gardening and other small things. We both appreciate you as neighbors.

  5. Patricia May Riggs was my Partner for the past 11 years. Those years were the most happy years of my life. Pat was a perfect partner. She possessed old fashioned values, goals, opinions, support, and work ethics. She maintained our home in a beautiful manner. She was a wonderful home maker and cook. You always got a wonderful smile and a meal on any day we were together. Pat loved the outdoors, gardening, and watching the birds visit their feeders. She loved and couldn’t wait for Spring so that she could See all of God’s creation in bloom. When not working in the house she was a perfect helper when I was needing her to assist me with an outside project. We loved each other and never had a disagreement. Her respect for me and me for her was the basis for that love. A friend, partner, and lover all in one. What a beautiful human being. I Miss Her dearly. A loss like this is a sad thing for us who have to balance faith in God’s decision to take a loved one versus our sorrow and misunderstanding of his nature. Asking God for more Faith is the answer to understanding him. Patricia gave to others when she had little. She loved all her Children, Her family and Gods rule in this world.

On Tuesday Aug 12 2014 Richard J. Eaton Passed (Patricia’s Maiden Name) and his obituary is as follows. (I am changing the gender from Him to Her for Patricia’s Obituary)

“God saw She was getting tired, and the cure was not to be. So he put his arms around Her, and whispered, “Come With Me” . With tearful eyes we watched Her fade away. Although we loved Her dearly, we could not make Her stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest, God broke our hearts to provide to us, He only takes the BEST”

I could not have honored her better in my human ways better than what has been written. We Honor You Lord!

  6. Mr Mom, Patricia Riggs
A Mother of 3 girls and two boys Kathy – Junior – Nan1cy – Andy – and Mailssa.
To know Her was to Love Her. You could not help yourself. A small Woman but a heart as big as Texas. A soft spoken but hard headed as they come. She could take Water – Flour – Salt + or Sugar and make anything as good as any 4 star Restaurant.
My Mom met a man named Jeff St. George. that made the last 11 to 12 years Very Special to Her. Just to see her face light up when She would talk about him was worth everything to see Her happy!
She will be dearly missed but not forgotten by no-means.
    Her Loving Son
    Andy Riggs

    1. God Bless Both You & Lola for the help during your Mothers Illness.
My appreciation extends to all family members.
