Pamela A. Ly went to be with the Lord February 24, 2021. She passed peacefully in her sleep at home with her family, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Pam is survived by her husband, Thanh Ly, children Lance Davis and Kaylinh Ly, her sister Deb McClain with husband Denis Cushman, and brother Scott Marshall with wife Leslie Marshall. Her beautiful smile will be missed by so many other relatives and friends. Pam was born to Clifford and Mildred Marshall July 4, 1947 in Fort Wayne, IN. She graduated from South Side High School Fort Wayne, IN class of 1965. She and Thanh were married in Fort Wayne, IN. They lived in Murrieta, CA for several years, and have lived in Fort Worth, TX for the past 14 years. She loved her profession as a day care provider and was amazing with children. She and Thanh enjoyed taking road trips, gambling at casinos, and watching the latest movies together. Pam also loved reading and taking care of her cats. She was happiest when spending time with family. Always selfless, she prayed for the well-being of others daily. Her celebration of life will be delayed for one year and held in San Diego, CA. Details will be provided to loved ones at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

Pam will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers to the entire family
My sincere condolences for Ms.Pam’s family and all extended family. I know she was a second mom to all those children she helped raise up through her years as a child care provider. She was a light to this world and will be deeply missed.
Pam was one of the kindest souls I was fortunate enough to meet. My son Griffin bought us together and both Griffin and I will miss her greatly. She was a precious soul who made a huge difference in our lives. I have missed out talks over over last year. Love you, Pammy!
My heart goes out to your family. We are lifting you up in prayer. Pammy was so loving and kind to everyone. I am Cristen and Alissa’s cousin and got to know her through Aunt Debi. Loved her smile and positive attitude. Rest in peace beautiful angel.
Will miss my prayer buddy and our messages back and forth. Prayers for Thanh, Kaylinh, and Lance. From, Marty Rust and Grandson, Geoffrey Davis
I am so sad to read this. Mrs. Pam watched my daughter for about 6 months. She bought a Repunzel doll for Christmas for her as well. She did such a great job with her. Such a sweet lady with a beautiful smile. Her husband was sweet too. Prayers for your family.
