FORT WORTH — Nora Hester Hunter died peacefully in her home on Saturday June 2, 2012 surrounded by her family and loved ones, after losing a courageous battle with cancer. Memorial Service: 2-4:00 P.M. Saturday at her home. Nora was born on June 30, 1948 in Fort Worth, Texas to Irvin Hunter and Mattie Rachael Allen Hunter. Nora was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Shelly Stovall; son, Kelly Smith; sisters, Betty Giles, Cora Judkins and Maryann Isaacs; brothers, Dudley Hunter and Hanley Hunter; 2 grandchildren, Adam Stovall and Chris Smith.
