  1. What is there not to say about this angel. Never saw her in 40 something years that she didn’t have a smile. The nursing home residents all lived the sweetheart. My mother in law and grandmother both had the honor of listening to her beautiful music each Sunday. There is an angel playing fir the Lord tonight. Loved her so much

  5. Nelda was my best most loving, giving, caring friend for the last 20 years. She was like no other. I was truly blessed to have her in my life. I already miss her so much, but I know she is an angel in heaven with golden wings now just like she was on this earth. Much love and many prayers to Sam, Debbie, Dennis and the rest of the family. 9. To the entire family including myself….Aunt Nelda was the best one of us all. Even when she wasnt well physically or emotionally she never complained and always gave us support and love no matter what. Sweet tea will never be the same. Hers was the best because it was made with love and I think she must have put one of her fingers in it to make it the sweetest and best. RIP my sweet Aunt Nelda. Heaven got the sweetest person when you arrived.

  13. Nelda was one of the dearest, sweetest women I’ve ever known, and I loved her from the first time I met her. She was a wonderful mother, and was always so proud of the three of you and her grandchildren. A mother is the “glue” that holds a family together, and losing her is a terrible loss. She is in a better place; no more pain in this life. My heart goes out to you all, and I will hold you in a special place in my heart as you grieve her loss.
