FORT WORTH — Laura Inez Welch Self, 66, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, in Fort Worth. Graveside Service: 12:30 P.M. Wednesday December 4, 2013 at Skyvue Memorial Park. Visitation: 10:00 A.M. to Noon on Wednesday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Laura Inez Self was born on December 5, 1946 in Llano, Texas to Aron O. Welch and Ellen Virginia Rolan Welch. She was predeceased by her daughter, Tammye Renee Spruhan. Survivors: Children, Lawrence Joyner Jr., James David Self and Donald Ray Self; five sisters, Evelyn Gray, Patricia Taylor, Janice Clements, Nora Davis and Vera Rodriquez; one brother, Aron O. Welch; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Laura you are truly gonna be missed by loved ones and your friends. We have been best friends for a long time, I am going to miss our phone conversations and just talking about everything under the sun. I really am going to miss you Laura. You are my best friend. Love you I will see you in Heaven.

Aunt Inez, I am really going to miss you, but I know that you are in a better place where there is no more tears, pain or sorrow. Be sure and give momma, granny welch, granny cooper, aunt nedra, granny norman, jason, tammye, jimmy don, but most especially Jesus and i will see all of you on the other side. Please keep eyes over all of my cousins and other family that they may stay out of trouble. Randy, Kiarah, Kristarah said to tell you that they LOVE YOU. Also tell Mrs. Bzdok that Kiarah is doing better since her passing a few weeks ago and we will see you soon.
