BURLESON — JT Overbey, 91, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011, after a brief illness. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Tuesday in Burleson Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. JT was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Virginia Bell Overbey; one son; and three daughters. Survivors: Children, Alvin Overbey, Myrna Jernigan and husband, Spencer, Charles Reed and wife, Donna, and Peggy Jennings and husband, Randy; brothers, Felton and Royce Overbey; 17 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
