Jessica Saverance
Jessica Marie Saverance passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021 in Ft. Worth. TX. She was surrounded by her family and several friends that loved her dearly. Jessica was born in Midland, TX on December 2,1986 to Jess & Robin Saverance. For her first birthday she got a new baby sister that shared the same birthday just one year apart. They always thought it was cool that they had the same birthday. Almost 2 years later along came a little brother, and from that moment on Jessica thought she was the mom/boss of both of them. She graduated from Lee High School in Midland in 2005. Jessica worked at MARC in Midland from 2006 to 2012, there she fell in love with caring for and teaching special needs adults. In December 2012 she began working at Bynum School where she was still currently employed. She ABSOLUTELY LOVED her students and co-workers, and we know she was truly loved by them too. In 2006 Jessica met the love of her life, Isaac Smith, they have been inseparable ever since. Isaac blessed her with 4 stepchildren and one son of their own. She was preceded in death her paternal grandparents, Wayne Saverance & Juanita Kennard, her maternal grandparents Oren Jones & Judy Guelker, her MeeMaw Dee Thomson and her Grandma Retha (Saverance). She is survived by her husband Isaac, her parents Jess & Robin Saverance, her son Zachary, step-daughters Ashley & Iyana Smith, her step-sons Wesley & Colby Smith (Katie), sister Christina Stickel (Caleb), brother Ridge Saverance (Katie), grandkids Malachi, Madison & Makayla Smith, nephews Hunter, Wayne, Gunnar & Rush, nieces KayLynn, Chloe, Dixie and Tedda and her grandfather Tony Guelker. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jessica loved family & fishing, those latch hook things, and almost anything that is pink. We always take a big family vacation during summer to the lake and it was one of the things she most looked forward too. She would start asking when we were going way before school even let out. She had done so many latch hook kits she had to have been throwing them away once she finished or there would have been no room for anything else. A memorial service will be held at a later time and that information will be made public when plans are finalized. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Bynum School in Midland, Tx. Day by day, little by little, our hearts will ease and we will celebrate you more; even though today we celebrate you, we still cry because we are missing your presence and want you so badly to be close to us. Spread your wings and watch over us, my love!!!!
