Jeffrey Stephen Wallace
Decatur, Texas- Jeffrey Stephen Wallace passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on October 17, 2022 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 65. He was born on July 6th, 1957 in Corpus Christi to the late Fran Foster and Wayne Wallace. He enlisted in the US Navy in 1975. He proudly served 4 years on the USS Haddo and was stationed in San Diego, California. He returned home and was united in marriage to the love of his life, Beverly, on January 24th, 1986 and welcomed two sons shortly thereafter. Jeff was a devoted husband, father, brother, and Pops. His family was his world. He was loved by all who knew him. He enjoyed spending time at the lake, restoring his 1977 Ford F100, and playing with his three grandsons. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved being outside with nature or on his John Deere tractor. An equal passion of Jeff’s was his desire for helping others whether it was family, friends, neighbors, or strangers. He was always eager to help, assist, or provide useful advice with anything needed. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Fran Foster and Wayne Wallace. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Wallace of Decatur; his son Garrett Wallace, wife Paige, and their three boys Jaiden, Wyatt, and Levi of Paradise; his son Ryan Wallace of Decatur; his sisters Trish Wallace and wife Andrea of Irving; Cami Wallace of North Richland Hills; Beverly Wallace of Prosper; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and countless extended family and friends. Memorial services are pending at DFW National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you consider donating to Operation Homefront which helps our military veterans in Jeff’s name.

  6. I want to extend my deepest condolences to the family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff at Sandford Oil for several years. He was a mentor and looked after us drivers all the time as well as having advice and teaching us to do things on our own. You will be missed my friend.
