James Norman Hollowell
James Norman Hollowell passed from this life on April 10, 2017. He was born February 27, 1963 in Abilene Texas to Robert Norman and Marie Hollowell. James was employed by Union Pacific Railroad where he has forged great friendships in the last 33 years. James was a deacon at First Baptist Church of Burleson. He has served in many capacities at FBC Burleson including driving youth hundreds of miles for mission trips and conferences.   James was a wonderful father, brother, husband, son, and friend. James is survived by his wife, Donna, three children and their spouses Magan and Chad Swaringen of St Louis, MO; Kasi and Nicholas Leitzinger of Dallas; Garrett and Ally Hollowell of Crowley. He was the proud Pops of 4 grandchildren, Chad, Isabella , Anastasia, and Judah. He is also survived by his mother, Marie Hollowell, his brother, Robert Dale Hollowell and his wife Sandra; his sister Jackie Bryant and her husband Coy;7 nephews and great nephews, 3 nieces and great nieces, and many other precious relatives. He was preceded in death by his father Robert Hollowell and his sister Robbie Jonas. Visitation will be Monday April 17, 6-8 pm at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Funeral will be Tuesday April 18, 2 pm at First Baptist Church Burleson.
