We were told in November 2022 that my mother would not be around much longer. I started researching cremation services and found Lone Star. They had good reviews, a lot of options and a good price. You can get a quote that is good for 6 months, this ended up being a good thing as we had Mom for 5 more months. She passed April 2023 on Easter Sunday. I gave the Nursing home Lone Star's number, they had Mom picked up that day and Monday I finalized the cremation and it was actually a blessing that I had already done all the pre planning. Lone Star's staff were great to work with and everything was easy and simple at a time when our family was grieving. I highly recommend Lone Star they are highly qualified and gave me the peace of mind that Mom was taken care of.

A couple of years ago, I contacted Lone Star and paid for future services for my mom. Once signed up, you don't have need for contact. The nursing home that my mom was staying in contacted Lone Star upon her death and everything was handled without issues of any sort. You shouldn't have to sing praises for a company that does exactly what you paid them for, but nowadays, so few companies provide good service. Lone Star was awesome. Not a worry one, especially at such a difficult time. I would like to thank them and I highly recommend the company.
