Cleburne–Funeral services for Hattie Lou Hardin, 78, will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 12, 2003 at Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield Funeral Home Chapel, in Cleburne, with Rev. F. L. Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Hardin, a homemaker, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2003, in Cleburne. She was born in Clarksville, Texas, the daughter of Claude and Ola Mae (Keeler) Hersom. She married Edmund Hardin, Jr. August 8, 1960, in Clovis, New Mexico. He preceded her in death March 6, 1982. She is survived by two sons, James Bates and wife, Cathy, of Blum and Tommy Bates and wife Jeanie, of Cleburne; one daughter, Patricia Duquette, of Burleson; nine grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
