FORT WORTH — Gracie Pearl Shinn, 89, left this world to join her Lord and Savior Thursday, February 2, 2006 at her residence.

Grandma, we said our final goodbyes today and I’m not sure if you ever knew how much you are loved or how much you’ll be missed. I am so grateful that you’re no longer suffering, but in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I look forward to the day that we’ll all be together again in God’s Kingdom.
Grandma Grace, what a joy it’s been to have known you. So full of life were you, and the love you gave me, personally, will never be forgotten. I will miss seeing you, hugging you, talking to you, for years to come. I am comforted, though, knowing that one day soon, you and I will enjoy Paradise and the Lord’s company together. Thank you, Lord, for sending us Gracie. I love you, hon, and I’ll see you soon.
