Don’t have to tell you what Garland meant to me since best friends in Miss Hope’s room in the first grade at South Ward in 1941. That’s 70 years….
All that history together….Garland, Treva June, and Ross and Texie have been part of my life up at church, school, golf tournaments and all the rest. Could tell stories for a week and still have some left. I know Karen, Scott and Patrice, especially, will miss him and you three kids know how I feel…. I’ll see him again someday. I won’t ever forget. God Bless!
