  1. Bly was a great man and a fine human being. We shared a close and joyfull friendship for many years. My inability to spend time with him in the end; has only added to the pain I am feeling now. I could not take what precious time he had left, away from his family. I hope he can forgive me. He has always been; and will always be; an important part of me. Have a safe journey, my friend…………….
