Dallas , TX – On Friday, November 20, 2020, after a long battle of illness, Eric Williams beloved father, son, brother, friend and so much more passed away at the age of 47. Eric was born on March 24, 1973 in Leominster, Massachusetts. Eric had a passion for sports like no other and when he was no longer able to play the sports he loved, he enjoyed spending his free time watching them. His love for sports influenced not only his family to love sports but his friends as well. His greatest pleasure was received when spending time reading God’s word/music and spending time with his family. Eric will be honored for his faith, strength, confidence and wonderful sense of humor. His beautiful smile could light up the darkest of rooms and he was always reminding you to enjoy every moment life has to offer. He never missed an opportunity to make somebody smile or to brighten up anybody’s day, even if he himself wasn’t having a good one. Predeceased in  his mom Joan Carroll in 2003. He will be missed by many other relatives, friends and all who knew him. Eric is survived by his children, Kiara and Cedric Williams, a step daughter Alexis Hill , a grandchild Ayden Williams, his father Rickey Carroll, step mom Rinda Carroll, a brother, a sister, nieces , two great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. A celebration of Eric’s life will be held at the JW Marriott in Las Colinas, TX on December 5th, 2020 at 12 noon to 1pm CST. Due to our country’s current pandemic and many at risk loved ones. The celebration is limited to a small gathering with social distancing amongst immediate family. We will be sharing a link to the recorded service for all to view.
