Embalming is the use of chemicals, internally and externally, to disinfect and slow body decomposition. Texas law does not require embalming. However, if you choose certain arrangements, such as personal contact with the deceased, we require embalming. This form authorizes embalming. Just complete the fields below and our software will prepare the document. We will email you a copy of the signed authorization for your records.
