Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Uncle Douglas was a great person. I did not get to see him much, but when I did he brightened everything around us. I remember going to his home a few years ago and I loved his place. It had horses and cows and we played lots of games. The best one was the night game you play with a bird in a bag. Doug was a very special man. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me as a mother, that Mr. Doug was willing to give so much of himself every Sunday for the little ones.
If we had more men like Doug this world would be a much better place.
