Douglas Ernest Sargent
CROWLEY — Douglas E. Sargent, 77, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 19, 2012, after a sudden illness. Funeral: 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church of Crowley. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Visitation: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home in Burleson. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sherry Kennedy, and parents, William and Edna Sargent. Survivors: Wife, Dortha Sargent; daughters, Linda Scott and Debbie McPhee; brothers, Richard and Alan Sargent; grandchildren, Stacey Smith, Cathy Pohoreske, Douglas Caldwell, Brandon Scott, Jamie McPhee and Brian McPhee; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
