Death certificates are essential for verifying a person's death. Banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, employers, and government agencies typically require a death certificate as proof. The most convenient way to obtain them is by ordering them directly from us. The charge for copies are $21 for the first copy and $4 for each additional. The first copy is required and will be added to your order. Please specify the number of additional copies you would like.
Death Certificate Delivery
Texas Death Certificates are taking 3 to 4 weeks to arrive after the cremation is completed. How would you like to receive them once they're available?

Once the cremation is complete you have the choice of shipping the ashes or picking up.
Services Not Included
The basic package does not include the following services: viewing the deceased or witnessing the cremation, add-ons such as photos, fingerprints, or locks of hair, splitting ashes, priority service, status updates or any concierge services. Our professional fee includes scheduling a private appointment at our crematory for the purpose of either witnessing the start of the cremation and/or identifying your loved one. A member of our team will contact you to arrange a specific appointment time. Appointments are available on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and are limited to 30 minutes and up to 15 attendees. Identification will take place through a viewing window without contact with the deceased.

**Please Note** This is not formal viewing and may not be available depending on the circumstances of the death. Your loved one will be respectfully presented on a gurney and covered with a sheet.
