  1. I will remember Dave as a fine cowboy gentleman. We were blessed to have him in our department for a short while before he went to Gen. Surgery. We all grew very fond of him and enjoyed his humor. God has taken another good one before we were ready to let them go. God bless your family.

  2. Dave is the reason I wanted to work in the Bariatric/Endocrine surgery clinic. I will forever miss his ‘good morning’ smile, perfectly coifed hair, nice suits and oh, the cool cowboy boots with matching belt no less. I feel blessed to have know him the short while I did.

  3. I worked for Dave at JPS Family Health Clinic. I was his secretary. He was the BEST boss I ever had. He had a great sense of humor and believe me, we had to laugh about a lot of situations we had there. The best memory I have of him was that he was always dressed neatly and I loved his cowoby boots. I am glad i got to know him.
