  5. Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free, I’m following the path God laid for me.
I took his hand when I heard his call, I turned my back and left it all.
I could not stay another day, To laugh, to love, to work, to play.
Tasks left undone must stay that way, I’ve found that peace at the end of the day.
If my parting has left a void, Then fill it with remembered joy.
A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, Ah, yes, these things too I will miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.
My Life’s been full, I savoured much, Good friends, good times, a loved one’ touch.
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, Don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.
Lift up your heart and share with me, God wanted me now, He set me free.

  7. Thinking of you family with caring thoughts, wishing you peace to bring you comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart… …we all have different journeys and different paths along the way, we’re meant to learn some things but never meant to stay. Our destination is a place far greater than we know, for some this journey is quicker for others it is slow and when the journey finally ends we’ll claim a great reward and find everlasting peace together with our Lord…. I am comforted knowing that Uncle Curtis is enjoying life after with family gone before. My love and prayers are with all of you. Love you , Zelinda Moore – Clark & Family…. ( Cookie)

  9. Uncle Curtis,
When I think of you a smile cannot be too far behind. You had an infectious laugh and a sense of humor that drew people to you. You loved music, you enjoyed making others laugh you embraced life. You were my mother’s big brother she had a special place in her heart for you, it gives me great joy to know that the two of you are sitting in heaven going over old times and finally experiencing the peace that surpasses all understanding. No more pain, no more suffering just unspeakable joy! To your children, my cousins : I say I know your pain, when I loss my mother a part of me went with her…remember this , to be absent from the body is to be present with The Lord. Our parents live on in us, in our children, in our hearts and for these reasons they NEVER die.
Keep your hand in God’s unchanging hand although there are miles between us the love of family ties has never been broken. We love you, we are and will continue to pray for you.
    Sandy and family.
